The Brief
SGS UK wanted to equip their senior leadership team and line managers with the confidence and capability to lead on mental health. To do it, they wanted to add a comprehensive Mental Health Pathway to their existing leadership training curriculum.
The Solution
Innerfit trained 80+ leaders across the UK business in a 4-part Mental Health Pathway:
01. A MANAGER’S GUIDE TO MENTAL HEALTH
Helped leaders feel confident on the fundamentals,
to spot signs and symptoms, and signpost to support.
02. CONVERSATIONS FOR MENTAL HEALTH
Equipped leaders with the knowledge and confidence
to navigate conversations effectively through real-life
case-studies and practice scenarios.
03. A MANAGER’S GUIDE TO MENTAL HEALTH
Encouraged leaders to take ownership and turn
knowledge into action. Shared tools and tactics
to help them establish new ways of working and
make mental health part of the day-to-day.
04. SUSTAIN SUCCESS
Helped leaders keep the momentum and kept
confidence high. Celebrated success and answered
their most pressing questions.
The Impact
